Where We Ship
United States (all states): We ship nationwide. Outside the United States: We ship to Canada and select parts of Europe, where delivery is available.
Shipping Costs
FREE shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. International shipping (outside the U.S.): Shipping costs are typically $400–$800 USD, depending on destination, item size/weight, and carrier availability. We will confirm the final shipping cost with you if it is not shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Large arcade machines may require additional handling and scheduling time.
Delivery Methods
Parts and smaller items: shipped by standard parcel carriers. Arcade machines and oversized items: shipped by freight (LTL).
Freight Delivery (Arcade Machines) — Important
Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery (the carrier brings the shipment to the curb/driveway, not inside your home or business). You are responsible for moving the machine into its final location and ensuring there is adequate access (doorway clearance, stairs, tight turns, etc.). The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Accurate Address & Access Requirements
You must provide a correct shipping address and a reachable phone number. Extra carrier charges (address correction, re-delivery, storage, liftgate/inside delivery, limited access locations) may be billed to you.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided after shipment. Freight tracking may update less frequently than parcel tracking.
Delivery Inspection / Damage Reporting (Read Carefully)
Please inspect the shipment before signing for delivery. If you see damage to the box/crate or the item: note “DAMAGED” with details on the delivery receipt, take photos, and keep all packaging. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of: 1) the packaging, 2) the shipping label, and 3) the damage. Signing for delivery without noting damage can affect the ability to file a carrier claim.
Refused / Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, return shipping and related carrier fees may be deducted from any refund.
