Warranty Information (1-Year Limited Warranty)

 

1) 1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Unless a product listing states otherwise, OnlineArcadeGame.shop provides a 1-year limited warranty starting on the delivery date for eligible arcade machines and products purchased from our Site.

2) What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers functional defects that occur under normal, intended use, such as failures related to:

  • power/boot (when not caused by external power issues)
  • internal components affecting gameplay (controls, boards, wiring, power supply)
  • display/monitor issues caused by component failure (not physical impact damage)

If a covered issue occurs, we may, at our option:

  • provide troubleshooting steps
  • send replacement part(s)
  • provide repair guidance or arrange repair (where available)
  • replace the product (if available)
  • offer another appropriate resolution

3) What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • cosmetic wear (scratches, faded artwork, minor dents, cabinet scuffs) unless explicitly stated
  • shipping damage not reported within the required timeframe (see Shipping Information)
  • misuse, neglect, improper moving/tilting, dropping, or incorrect installation
  • incorrect voltage, power surges, inadequate grounding, or electrical/fire damage
  • liquid damage, pests, smoke exposure, or environmental damage (humidity, corrosion)
  • unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved/third‑party parts
  • software/ROM modifications, operator setting changes, or tampering with sealed components
  • normal wear items and consumables (fuses, bulbs, batteries, rubbers, buttons/springs, locks/keys) unless dead on arrival
  • issues caused by lack of maintenance or improper cleaning

4) Customer Responsibilities (Important)

To keep warranty coverage valid, you agree to:

  • use a properly grounded outlet and appropriate power protection (surge protection recommended)
  • follow basic care guidelines and avoid moving the machine improperly
  • stop using the machine if a serious fault occurs and contact us promptly to prevent further damage

6) Parts, Repairs, and Shipping
