30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be in the same condition as delivered
  • all parts, keys, cables, and accessories must be included
  • the item must not have new damage from misuse, moving, incorrect power, or unauthorized repair/modification
  • the return must be approved and issued a return authorization

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

  • U.S. orders: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If the item is damaged or defective on arrival or we shipped the wrong item, we will work with you on the best solution (parts, repair guidance, exchange if available, or return).

Arcade Machines (Freight Items)

Because arcade machines are large and shipped via freight:

  • returns require approval
  • you are responsible for safe repackaging for freight transport
  • freight return shipping costs may apply

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos and keep all packaging. We may provide troubleshooting steps, replacement parts, repair guidance, exchange (if available), or return depending on the situation.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items (Unless Required by Law)

  • items marked Final Sale/Clearance
  • custom/special orders
  • items damaged by misuse, incorrect voltage/power surges, liquid damage, pests, improper moving/handling, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
