We sell arcade games, arcade machines, parts, and related items (“Products”). We do our best to describe Products accurately. Photos and descriptions may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturer changes, and (when applicable) refurbishment differences. If an item is refurbished/used, normal cosmetic wear may be present unless otherwise stated.

2) Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping address. Orders ship only after payment is successfully received.

3) Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we confirm shipment or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may cancel an order due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or pricing errors; if so, we will refund amounts paid.

4) Shipping & Delivery

5) Returns, Refunds & Restocking

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, including eligibility rules and the 15% restocking fee for approved returns.
